1. Data we receive
We process your email, name, and profile settings; interests, lists, bookmarks, and email preferences; security logs; usage data when you consent to analytics; and Paddle customer, subscription, and transaction identifiers. Tech Meridian does not receive or store your card details.
2. Why we use it
We use data to authenticate you, personalize the feed, deliver briefs, provide Pro, support readers, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties. Analytics runs only after consent and is disabled when a supported browser sends a privacy control signal.
3. Legal bases and sharing
We process data to perform our contract, with your consent, for legitimate security and product-quality interests, and to comply with law. Necessary data may be processed by Paddle for payments, Google Workspace for email, hosting and monitoring providers, and our analytics provider. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention and security
Account data is kept while your account is active and afterward only as needed for security, tax records, disputes, and legal duties. We use access controls, encryption in transit, backups, and security logging.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, withdraw consent, and object to processing. You can unsubscribe from briefs through any email or your account settings.
