Aderant built an Intelligent Ticket Analyzer that uses Amazon Nova Lite through Amazon Bedrock to automate context gathering, classification, routing, and knowledge enrichment for support tickets across 268 client environments. In the first 2.5 weeks (June 30–July 17, 2026) it reviewed 109 tickets with ~96% routing accuracy, estimates saving 8–14 engineering hours per week, and ran at under $30/month operating cost.
Posit published a Positron container image definition that can be registered with Amazon SageMaker AI so administrators can attach the IDE to a SageMaker Studio domain. Running Positron on SageMaker AI lets data scientists query governed AWS data (Athena, Glue, S3) under a Space execution role, launch Spaces on reserved or on-demand SageMaker compute, collaborate in shared or parallel Spaces, and use Posit Assistant with Amazon Bedrock as the model provider inside the customer's AWS account and region.
