Instinct and Meta’s Muse add outbound calling to their AI assistants
Instinct announced Instinct Concierge, an early-access feature that lets its AI place calls to book services, join cancellation lists, and handle high-touch tasks; rollout begins with select users. Meta said Muse’s beta now supports outbound calls to U.S. businesses, prioritizing users who requested the feature, putting both assistants on feature parity for calling.
