Entravision introduced Coyotec, an AI Spanish‑speaking radio host, as a cohost on Los Angeles station José 97.5 FM’s Al Aire y Sin Permiso; the AI debuted in September 2025, moved to weekday morning drive, and has been syndicated to additional markets after strong ratings gains. Entravision executives say Coyotec’s live responses use Claude Haiku, its voice is from Eleven Labs, and OpenAI/ChatGPT and Midjourney were used in earlier scripting and imagery work.
