Uber rolls out ChatGPT Work to all 30,000 employees
Uber and OpenAI expanded their partnership, scaling a ChatGPT Work pilot from 1,000 users to the company’s entire global workforce of about 30,000. Uber says the tool is being used across departments—finance, operations, product—for tasks like analyzing operations data, localizing training materials, and building personalized dashboards, and the company will track usage and outcomes to guide further AI deployment.
