Google launches agentic Gemini unified agent for enterprise
At a Google Cloud event Google announced a unified, agentic version of Gemini aimed first at businesses via Gemini Enterprise; the agent can accept objectives, plan and execute tasks, use custom skills and tools, and connect to internal systems. It offers a model picker (including Anthropic’s Claude), per-agent Workspace accounts, a tasks inbox and audit trails, MCP compatibility, and integrations with systems like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, BigQuery and Snowflake.
