Meta’s Muse agent handles email access, account logins and online purchases
A writer tested Meta’s consumer AI agent Muse (using an avatar named Marley) on routine tasks: it accessed Gmail to draft and send emails, logged into an online account to check plan details, and located an espresso machine part and added it to a shopping cart (the user completed payment). Muse opened virtual browser windows to perform searches and account actions but could not make phone calls to complete tasks that require voice interaction.
