OpenAI announced voice-based agentic features for the ChatGPT mobile app that let users trigger workflows (e.g., drafting documents, summarizing emails) via voice. Plus and Pro users can use the Work tab on mobile for tasks like creating documents and summarizing Slack messages, while Free and Go users retain access to plugins and connected apps; voice conversations will provide richer text output and seamless switching between text and voice with handoff to desktop.
