AWS opens limited preview of The Biological Computing Company's 'rat brain' AI model
Amazon Web Services is giving select customers a limited preview of The Biological Computing Company’s “rat brain” AI model, a biohybrid system that records activity from rat neurons on multi-electrode arrays and translates those patterns into software to help fine-tune video-generation models. TBC has raised over $50 million to date, operates a lab in San Francisco working with rat brain cells and human stem cells, and expects broader AWS enterprise availability soon.
