Runware plans factory to mass-produce Sonic Inference Pod modular AI data centers
Runware says it will assemble its Sonic Inference Pod modular data centers on an automotive-style production line at a Romania factory, aiming to ramp to 30 megawatts of capacity per day by 2028, shorten build time to one day, and bring pods online within 48 hours. The company (co‑founder/CEO Flaviu Fadulescu) has two factories (a second expected online early next year), has raised over $60M to date, says it has $1B in committed interest for pods, and plans a Series B funding round.
