Google launches 'AI for Healthcare Professionals' certificate for clinical staff
Google announced the Google AI for Healthcare Professionals Certificate, a clinician-developed, self-paced training program (designed to take under five hours) focused on using AI for non-clinical administrative tasks, patient communication, and lifelong learning; it can earn up to 5.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ and is being offered by institutions including NYU Grossman, UAB, Touro, and Purdue Nursing. The curriculum was reviewed by academic and professional organizations and drew on draft AAMC AI competencies during development.
