Anthropic expands GSA agreement to offer 40% discount on Claude across all government levels
Anthropic announced an expanded agreement with the U.S. General Services Administration that gives federal, state, local, tribal and territorial governments a 40% discount on Claude Enterprise, Claude for Government, and the Claude API, plus a dedicated implementation program. The company says the deal—available via GSA Multiple Award Schedule and usable through Amazon Bedrock and Google Vertex AI—with FedRAMP High authorizations where applicable, is estimated to save government customers $1 billion and follows rapid growth in public-sector usage.
