Amazon Polly Generative engine upgraded with 14 new voices, Hindi and Finnish GA
Amazon announced a production upgrade to the Amazon Polly Generative engine that delivers more natural, expressive and accurate speech with low latency. The release is a drop-in upgrade (no API or voice-name changes), adds 14 new voices across nine locales, brings Hindi and Finnish to general availability, expands to 57 generative voices across 11 languages and 25 locales, and extends availability to AWS GovCloud (US-West).
