Anthropic unveils Claude 5.5 series, Mythos/Fable 5.1, new verification programs, $100M training drive, Singapore office, and public benefit fund
Anthropic announced multiple product and policy moves: the Claude 5.5 family (Haiku, Sonnet, Opus) and Claude Mythos/Fable 5.1 releases; expanded Cyber and Life Sciences Verification Programs; a research preview of the Model Hardware Standard; a $100M Claude Frontier Academy to train 10,000 engineers; a Singapore office and MOU with the government; an expanded collaboration with Barclays; and a commitment of shares to an Anthropic Public Benefit Fund. The company is also offering Claude access to 10,000 scientists and adjusting safeguards and access for verified security and life-sciences professionals.
