SpaceXSI uses Grok Bot’s IncidentWatch and IncidentSweep to detect and clear incident-related support tickets
SpaceXSI added two Grok Bot AI teammates—IncidentWatch, which scans the support queue for spikes in similar tickets every five minutes, and IncidentSweep, which batches, vets, and sends final responses for confirmed incident-related tickets after engineer approval. During a September 18 incident, IncidentSweep cleared 204 tickets in about 10 minutes with an engineer reviewing the proposed batch before send.
