TripleTen survey maps differing AI adoption rates across industries
A TripleTen survey finds that AI adoption is concentrated in tech, with finance second (48% of finance workers asked to use chatbots; 32% asked to automate workflows), while healthcare (18% asked to use chatbots) and education (25%) show lower exposure. Across industries, 79% of workers were asked to learn a new skill related to AI/automation, only 30% of managers rate judging AI outputs as essential, and 88% of employee-led AI innovations became standard practice when managers learned from employees.
