AWS develops production-ready evaluation framework for agents using Bedrock AgentCore
AWS's SMGS Operations team built a continuous quality-evaluation loop for multi-agent systems used by AWS Field Sales, leveraging Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and other AWS services. The system coordinates specialized sub-agents (Performance Insights, Customer Insights, Data Insights), adds pre-release and continuous monitoring, and aims to detect ungrounded or incorrect answers and trace failures to data, prompts, or code.
