Blueprints AI launches v2 to generate permit-ready blueprints in minutes
Blueprints AI, founded by Al Drams and Coco Cao and incorporated in 2025 in Santa Monica, is unveiling a second-generation AI product at TechCrunch Disrupt that converts sketches or descriptions into code-compliant, permit-ready architectural construction documents across disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP, interior). The company says v2 updates all related drawings when a change is made, checks against local building codes, is already in early customer use, and the startup is working on a v3 to add structural analysis and electrical panel design.
