Fault-Tolerant Budget Conservation for Distributed Multi-Agent Delegation (arXiv:2610.00349v1)
An arXiv preprint (arXiv:2610.00349v1) formalizes 'fault-tolerant budget conservation' for distributed multi-agent delegation. It represents budgets as quantized resource vectors moved via exclusive escrow credits through a delegation DAG, requires signed dispatch permits quarantined and verified by gateways, and defines when uncertain effects remain charged until settlement or authenticated no-effect proofs; the paper proves properties such as ownership partition, ledger and effect conservation, at-most-once settlement, and partition confinement, and exercises the mechanism with bounded TLA+ checks, a JavaScript explorer, and crash-injected two-process SQLite experiments.
