Valar, Atreides, and Sequoia back Flow Engineering with $50M Series B at $750M valuation
Flow Engineering, a San Francisco startup that builds AI agents to automate hardware design workflows, raised $50 million in a Series B at a $750 million valuation. The round was co-led by Antonio Gracias’s Valar Equity Partners and Gavin Baker’s Atreides Management; Sequoia and former Sequoia partner Roelof Botha also participated and Botha joined Flow’s board. Flow lists customers including Anduril, Rivian, Joby Aviation, GM PPU, RV Tech and Stoke Space.
